Website Design & Development Company in Chennai

Fast, search-ready websites in WordPress, Shopify or custom code — designed to bring enquiries, and handed over so your own team can edit them without calling anyone.

The short version

A website is a sales tool, not a brochure

Most sites fail for dull reasons: they load slowly on a phone, they bury the one thing a visitor came for, and nobody can update them. We fix those three first, then make it look like a company worth buying from.

If a visitor cannot tell what you do, who you do it for, and what to do next — within one screen — the design is decorative, not useful.

How we judge every page before it goes live.
Scope

What is included in every build

The same list whether the site is five pages or fifty.

01

Structure and copy direction

Page map, navigation and the message each page has to land, agreed before design starts.

02

Design in your brand

Layouts drawn for your content and your photographs, not a theme demo with your logo dropped in.

03

Responsive build

Checked on real phones and tablets, because most of your visitors will never see the desktop version.

04

Speed work

Compressed images, lean scripts and caching, so the site feels instant on a mid-range phone.

05

On-page SEO groundwork

Titles, descriptions, heading structure, schema and clean URLs in place from day one.

06

Forms and tracking

Enquiry forms that reach the right inbox, plus analytics and goal tracking so you can see what works.

07

Training and handover

A short session and written notes so your team can add a page or change a price themselves.

08

Security and backups

SSL, hardening, scheduled backups and updates — the boring work that keeps a site online.

Platform

Three ways to build it, chosen by fit

We recommend the one that suits how you will run the site, not the one that suits us.

WordPress

For teams who publish often and want to edit pages themselves.

  • Fast custom themes, not bloated builders
  • Blog, careers and landing pages
  • Multilingual where you need it

Shopify

For selling products without running your own checkout and payments.

  • Theme customisation and app setup
  • Product data and catalogue import
  • Payments, shipping and tax rules

Custom code

For sites that are really a product, or need to talk to your own systems.

  • Next.js or React front end
  • Headless CMS for the content team
  • APIs into your existing software
Process

How a website project runs

01

Brief and page map

Who the site is for, what each page has to achieve, and what we are competing against in search.

02

Design the key pages

Home, a service page and a template page first. Once those are right, the rest follows quickly.

03

Build and content

Development on a staging link, with your content going in as it is ready rather than at the end.

04

Test and tune

Devices, browsers, forms, speed scores and a full link check before anyone sees it.

05

Launch and hand over

Go live, redirects from the old URLs, analytics connected, training done, passwords in your name.

Standards

What we hold every site to

<2.5s

Largest contentful paint

The main content visible in under two and a half seconds on a mid-range phone connection.

AA

Accessibility

Contrast, keyboard navigation and labelled form fields checked against WCAG AA.

100%

Yours at handover

Domain, hosting, CMS and analytics accounts all registered in your company name.

India & USA

Working with clients in India and the USA

India

Chennai and nationwide

Hosting close to your visitors, Razorpay and UPI on the checkout, GST-compliant invoicing, and pages built to rank for city and state searches as well as national ones.

Shoots, meetings and training in person in Chennai; elsewhere in India when a project calls for it.

United States

Remote, overlapping hours

US hosting and CDN, Stripe or Authorize.net checkout, sales-tax handling where it applies, and content written for US readers rather than translated at the last minute.

A working overlap with US mornings, one named contact, and invoices in USD.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a website take?

A focused business site is usually four to eight weeks once content is flowing. Larger sites with many templates, a shop or several languages take longer, and we agree a date per stage rather than one date at the end.

Can we update the site ourselves afterwards?

Yes, and that is the point of the handover. You get a training session and written notes covering the edits you will actually make: text, images, pages, blog posts and prices.

Do you write the content?

We can. Most projects work best when you supply the facts and we shape the wording, with your approval on every page before it is built.

What about our existing rankings?

They are protected with a redirect map from every old URL to its new home, plus the same or better titles and headings. Losing traffic at launch is avoidable, and we plan for it.

Who owns the hosting and domain?

You do. We will set them up for you, but the accounts are in your company name and you keep the logins.

More from our Chennai team

Once the site is live, most clients move on to SEO services to bring traffic, or graphic design for the brand around it. If the site needs to do real work, see web application development. For the interface layer of a product, see UI/UX design, and for keeping everything healthy afterwards, support and maintenance. You can also browse the industries we work with or our recent work.

Tell us what you need built

Send us a short note about the work. We will tell you what it involves, what we would start with, and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.

Only the starred fields are needed. We reply within one working day.
