Software Development Portfolio
Work delivered for clients in India and the United States — the problem each one had, what we built, and what changed afterwards.
Four projects, described the same way
Problem, what was built, what changed. Client names are shared on a call once each client has approved it.
Operations web application for a US logistics business
Orders, trips and billing lived in linked spreadsheets that broke whenever two people worked at once, and nobody could answer a customer without three phone calls.
One browser-based system with role-based logins, live order and trip status, document uploads and exportable reports, built in React and Node.js.
Status answers moved from a phone call to a screen, month-end reporting stopped being a two-day exercise, and the record of who changed what now exists.
Cross-platform mobile app for a US services startup
A first product needed to reach both app stores quickly, on a budget that could not carry two native teams.
One Flutter codebase for Android and iOS with authentication, scheduling, payments and push notifications, released through the client's own store accounts.
Both stores live from a single build pipeline, and the founders kept enough budget to iterate after launch instead of spending it all on version one.
Business website and SEO for a Chennai company
A slow, dated site that no one in the company could edit, and which brought almost no enquiries despite a strong local reputation.
A fast WordPress site with a page structure built around what buyers actually search for, technical SEO groundwork, and training so the team could publish themselves.
Pages load in a fraction of the time on a phone, the team publishes without calling anyone, and enquiries now arrive through the site rather than only by referral.
Windows billing and stock software for an Indian retailer
Counter billing depended on software that could not be extended, and stock figures were reconciled by hand at the end of every week.
A .NET desktop application with counter-speed billing, barcode and thermal printer support, batch tracking and offline operation with sync to a central server.
Billing continues through internet outages, stock is accurate without the weekly reconciliation, and head office sees every branch in one view.

Websites and design
We do not publish client names, logos or screenshots without written permission, and we do not use another company's brand to sell our own work. On a call we can walk you through live projects relevant to what you are planning.
Frequently asked questions
Can we see live examples of your work?
Yes. On a call we can walk you through live projects that are relevant to what you are planning, within whatever each client has agreed to.
Why are some projects shown without client names?
Many are internal tools, and some clients prefer not to be named publicly. We describe the problem and the result instead, and share more detail on a call.
Do you have experience in my industry?
Probably, or something close to it. Tell us about your business on the enquiry form and we will point you to the most relevant work.
Can you share references?
Yes, once a conversation is serious and the client has agreed. We ask them rather than listing them in advance.
Tell us what you need built
Send us a short note about the work. We will tell you what it involves, what we would start with, and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.

- What you keep
- Every audit, keyword map, content brief and report is yours to keep, in your own accounts.
